  Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Working Capital Relationship Managers (RMs).

• Business Growth: Drive business acquisition, Working Capital sales, and scale the Business Banking portfolio.
  Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SME and corporate clients.
  Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality and profitability.
  Internal Collaboration: Work closely with credit processing and internal teams for seamless customer service.

• 💼 Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Mandatory Experience: Proven track record in Working Capital and Business Banking.
  Team Management: Direct experience in managing a team of Working Capital RMs is mandatory.
  Core Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  Background: Core Banking sector experience is a must.
