*Premium Acquisition Manager (PAM)*

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Acquire High-Value Current & Savings Accounts.

• Generate leads and business opportunities from local markets.

• Conduct customer meetings and field visits.

• Meet sales targets and drive business growth.

• Assist customers with banking and financial solutions.

• Ensure KYC compliance and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless account activation.

*Deputy Manager – Current Account*

*CTC* : Up to ₹9.50 LPA

*Location* : Western Line Only

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage and lead a team of ROCA professionals.

• Drive Current Account acquisition targets.

• Monitor team productivity and sales performance.

• Provide coaching and leadership support.

• Ensure achievement of branch business goals.

*Preferred Candidates:*

• Experience in CASA, Current Account, Banking Sales, Liabilities, or BFSI Sales.

• Strong communication and field sales skills.
